WHAT IT IS AND WHAT ADVANTAGES OFFER INJECTED POLYURETHANE FOAM
Two-component polyurethane systems (PUREX WG and PIR), are applied in the production of thermal insulation to pipes, tanks, taps, water heaters, for the production of thermal insulation coatings and pre-insulated pipes, for the production of laminated boards in various coatings, such as : steel, aluminum, plywood, paper, MDF board, bituminous cardboard, PVC, PS, ABS, polyester reinforced with fiberglass and for the production of sandwich panels.
They are applied for filling open spaces, insulating doors, gates and shutters, in the production of refrigeration equipment, isotherms, tank insulation and in the shipbuilding industry – boat buoyancy, yachts, surfboards and / or in the production of decorative elements.
CLOSED POLYURETHANE FOAM
Closed cell foam is a foam with medium density and very good heat transfer factor. It is indicated for use in homes and commercial spaces that require the best heat transfer factor, as well as protection from moisture or infiltration. Being a rigid material, it offers excellent resistance to shocks and load and is a perfect waterproofing.
OPEN CELL POLYURETHANE FOAM
It is also called low density polyurethane foam. It is rigid, but softer than closed-cell polyurethane foam. Open cells are those that give the material flexibility. It is suitable for filling walls, ceilings and floors, as it does not allow air to enter, but allows moisture to enter. It also has a high sound absorption coefficient.
PUREZ WG INJECTION SYSTEMS
Characteristics and applications: two-component polyurethane systems under the trade name WG type PUR and PIR, are applied in the production of thermal insulation to pipes, faucet tanks, water heaters, for the production of thermal insulation coatings and pre-insulated pipes, for the production of laminated boards in different coatings such as: steel, aluminum, plywood, paper, MDF board, bitumen, PVC, PS, ABS, fiberglass reinforced polystyrene and for the production of sandwich panels. They are applied for filling free spaces, insulating doors, gates and shutters, in the production of refrigeration equipment, the refrigerated automotive industry, the production of decorative elements. They can be processed manually or with the help of a machine.
PUREX NG SPRAY SYSTEMS
Characteristics and applications: PUREX NG spray systems are used to directly make polyurethane foam on walls, ceilings, flat roofs and tanks using flat pressure equipment. The advantage of the polyurethane spray system is the thermal insulation, the waterproofing joint and the possibility of covering the old substrate with polyurethane foam without removing it. The spray can be applied indoors (wall, ceiling) and outdoors (on roofs). Such spray insulation is used in cold stores, flower, fruit and vegetable stores, barns, family homes, animal shelters and chicken coop.
PUREX AM

PUREX HB
Characteristics and applications: system consisting of two raw materials for obtaining polyurethane elastomer, polyurea. Similar to polyurea, the PUREX HB elastomer makes it possible to make fast-hardening coatings, without joints, applied with the help of a high-pressure device at the place where such protection of the layer against the action of water is required.
